Forum Rules and Guidelines:

The PGsurfer and SafeSurfer Forums have been established with the intention of providing a safe place to share information regarding safe family Internet practices and information. While we welcome comments and feedback from every member of our Forum community, please be aware that we have instituted rules to protect the safety, privacy, and well-being of our entire community. ParetoLogic reserves the right to remove or edit threads, individual postings, attachments, or graphics that do not honour the rules outlined below. ParetoLogic may modify these rules and guidelines at any time without notice.

Please keep the following rules in mind when posting to the Pgsurfer and SafeSurfer forums:

1. In order to protect yourself and use best Internet safety practices, do not list any personal information about yourself in the forums. Do not include information such as: your name, your birth date, the school you attend, workplace, sports teams that you play for, or any part of your address or phone number.

2. Language that is obscene, threatening, racist, or constitutes hate messaging is forbidden and will not be tolerated. The PGsurfer and SafeSurfer Forums are meant to be a safe place for people to share information and ask questions. Please be kind and sensitive in your postings.

3. Language rules, as above, apply to Instant Messaging/Texting lingo.

4. No Solicitation/Advertising or Spamming. The PGsurfer and SafeSurfer forums are not created for that purpose.

5. Links are permitted if appropriate and/or relevant to the purposes of PGsafer/SafeSurfer Forums.

6. Attachments/graphics/images/pictures in posts will not be accepted and will be removed prior to posting if submitted.



ParetoLogic’s role in the PGsurfer and SafeSurfer Forums:

1. In order to participate in the PGsurfer/SafesSurfer Forums it is necessary for you to register with an email address. We will not sell or distribute email addresses that are collected for this purpose.

2. ParetoLogic Moderators will be active on the Forums and will review all posts submitted prior to uploading to the Forums. ParetoLogic reserves the right to decline or remove posts that violate the rules as posted above. Judgement regarding such matters is solely at the discretion of ParetoLogic.

3. ParetoLogic will monitor the Forums and will respond to any technical challenges related to the PGsurfer software that may not be resolved within the Forums.

4. ParetoLogic is obligated by law to report any information regarding concerns that an individual has or is planning to harm another person or him/herself and all concerns regarding child abuse.

5. At the time of posting, ParetoLogic will do its best to ensure the safety and quality of all items posted within our forums, however we are not responsible for any modifications made to such items after the initial posting.

6. Posts that risk the security and/or disclosure of personal information of our end users or products are forbidden and will not be accepted in order to protect the integrity of our products and privacy and security of our end user.
